Over the past two years, our customers have asked us two questions more than any others: "Do you offer higher-power modules?" and "Do you have stock available?"
To meet these needs, YS Solar is actively advancing a production line expansion plan while maintaining a stable supply of in-stock modules in multiple power ratings.
1. Expanding Production Lines, Doubling Overall Capacity
The new production lines are currently in the preparation stage and are expected to be gradually commissioned in early next year. Once fully operational, overall production capacity is expected to double.
At the same time, we are broadening our product range. In the future, we will add production capacity for high-power PV modules of 650W and above, serving applications such as commercial & industrial (C&I) rooftop projects and large utility-scale ground-mounted power plants.
From conventional-power modules to higher-power products, we aim to offer customers a wider selection.
2. Multiple Module Types in Stock at Competitive Prices
Alongside the expansion, the factory currently has several module types available from stock, including:
- 275W
- 310W
- 545W
- 595W
The 545W and 595W modules are currently the best-selling types for C&I projects, with relatively ample stock — well suited to customers with near-term delivery schedules. Modules of different power ratings can also meet the needs of new project procurement, replacement of older modules, and other special requirements.

3. OEM / ODM Support for Overseas Markets
Different markets have different requirements regarding module dimensions, appearance, and configurations.
YS Solar is a PV module manufacturer and system integrator. In addition to standard module supply, we support OEM, ODM, and private-label cooperation.
Customization options include module dimensions, frames, junction boxes, connectors, as well as logo, label, and packaging design. Custom specifications and certification requirements can be discussed and confirmed with our team on a case-by-case basis.
For distributors, wholesalers, and installers in overseas markets, we aim to provide flexible cooperation models that help customers source products suited to their local markets and project needs.
